Junior IT Project Manager

• Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met within the timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in IT project management.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
