ポジション概要

シスコのマーケティングチームにおいて、イベントの運営・現地サポートを担うポジションです。マーケティングチームのメンバーが企画・設計したイベントを、一緒に実施・運営していただきます。東京および地方都市で開催される既存顧客向けセミナーを通じて、営業部門と連携しながらシスコのビジネスを支えていただきます。

勤務地

シスコ東京オフィスを中心としたハイブリッドワーク（東京および地方都市への出張あり）

業務内容

マーケティングチームが主催するイベントの準備から実施後のフォローまでをサポートします。

イベントの種類（例）

• 既存顧客向けセミナー（数十名〜100名程度）
• 他社主催イベント（展示会など）への出展サポート
• 自社主催ウェビナー

イベント前

• 会場の手配・調整
• 招待状・案内メールの作成・送付
• 参加登録フォームの作成・管理
• アンケートの作成
• 営業部門と連携した招待者リストの作成

イベント当日

• 会場設営・レイアウト確認
• 受付・参加者対応
• 登壇者のサポート

イベント後

• アンケートの集計・分析
• 参加者へのフォローメール送付
• 社内向けレポートの作成
   

求めるスキル・経験

必須条件

• 特定のスキルや経験は問いません。

歓迎条件

• イベントの企画・運営・実施に関する経験
• Outlook、Webex等の一般的なPCスキル

• レポートライン：マーケティングマネージャーに直属
• 少数精鋭のマーケティングチームの一員
• 部下なし／個人で業務を推進するポジション

【勤務時間】

9:00～17:30（休憩1時間）

フレックス制度：あり（コアタイム：10時～15時）
