Database & Cloud Engineer

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, offering hands-on database support and the chance to work with emerging technologies. This role is ideal for experienced DBAs or engineers looking to expand their expertise in Oracle, cloud, and AI technologies.

• Provide direct database support to enterprise customers in Hong Kong, focusing on Oracle Database 19c and Exadata.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Database and Exadata environments, including Linux and hardware infrastructure.
• Implement and manage database migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Contribute to cloud, AI, and non-Oracle database projects based on customer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with customers and technical teams to investigate and address database-related challenges.
• Develop expertise in new technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance customer projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in database and cloud engineering.
• Document and communicate technical solutions and recommendations effectively.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient support.
• Actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
