At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
At Snowflake, we are pioneering the era of the agentic enterprise. We are seeking forward-thinking, AI-native leaders who leverage AI as a high-trust partner, thrive in an experimental and fast-paced environment, and continuously uncover innovative ways to scale impact by integrating AI directly into daily workflows and field enablement strategy.
Snowflake is looking for a dynamic Field Enablement Business Partner (Sr. Manager) to serve as a high-impact strategic lead for our Account Executive and GTM leadership teams. Embedded alongside field leadership, you will serve as a trusted advisor—diagnosing execution gaps tied to critical business outcomes, translating key revenue priorities into high-impact enablement experiences, and designing initiatives that directly accelerate field productivity and revenue performance.
This role sits at the critical intersection of revenue execution, leadership strategy, and AI-powered enablement craft. You will architect methodology-grounded sales programs that elevate deal execution, refine enterprise value messaging, and instill sales rigor. Acting as the connective tissue between Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Field Operations, you will ensure enablement programs measurably drive business impact.
Partner strategically with GTM leadership across Sales, Services Delivery, and Sales Engineering to identify skill gaps, prescribe targeted enablement interventions, and measure tangible behavioral change and performance impact.
Own enablement programs end-to-end, driving end-to-end execution across program strategy, instructional design, stakeholder engagement, content creation, live delivery, and continuous optimization.
Translate product innovation into field capability, converting product messaging, industry use cases, and strategic company priorities into actionable, deal-ready playbooks and enablement resources.
Leverage data-driven insights from Gong, Salesforce, and direct field feedback to diagnose capability gaps, prioritize interventions with quantitative evidence, and track long-term business outcome impact.
Architect AI-first learning experiences across diverse modalities—including AI-powered roleplay tools, interactive labs, peer-led workshops, and personalized coaching frameworks—focusing on measurable behavior adoption rather than simple completion tracking.
Build high-impact sales assets, authoring value-selling playbooks, customer-facing pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and rigorous deal execution frameworks.
Facilitate core sales methodology training grounded in frameworks like MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and discovery excellence, empowering reps to effectively lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Govern and quality-gate enablement content, validating AI-generated materials for accuracy and audience fit, maintaining a single source of truth, and feeding actionable field feedback back to Product Marketing.
Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leadership, acting as a mini-CLO for your constituents by aligning global strategy with tailored, localized enablement programs.
Scale best practices across the organization, identifying successful local deal tactics, packaging high-performing strategies, and propagating them globally to drive team-wide excellence.
Partner with Onboarding and Continuous Learning teams to continuously enhance rep development and everboarding journeys based on real-time field performance indicators.
7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales enablement, GTM strategy, sales management, or product marketing.
Proven track record of enabling sales teams within high-growth enterprise SaaS and cloud platforms; expertise in Snowflake or cloud ecosystem dynamics is highly desirable.
Deep, firsthand understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles and executive buying centers, with the credibility to coach Account Executives on high-stakes opportunities.
Demonstrated mastery of instructional design and measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick model), alongside proficiency with enablement tech stacks (Gong, Salesforce, LMS/CMS platforms, and AI tools).
Fluency in leading sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Solution Selling) and the ability to design training that drives behavioral transformation and win rates.
Strong consultative and facilitation capabilities to partner with executive leaders, uncover operational bottlenecks, and lead interactive strategy workshops.
Expertise in developing high-impact field assets from scratch, including discovery playbooks, executive pitch decks, and competitive positioning guides.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence across Product Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
Agile, resilient, and results-oriented mindset comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
AI-first leadership mindset with hands-on experience integrating generative AI tools and automated workflows into sales enablement strategies and execution.
