Stage: PR Marketing (with English and French knowledge)

We are currently offering an internship (stage) at the department PR Marketing - fixed-term until the end of this year.

The role will focus on:

Content Creation & Thought Leadership
• Assist in drafting content: press releases, social media posts, awards entries
• Visuals creation
• Update corporate pages on the website 

Campaign & Project Coordination
• Track PR campaign performance and consolidate key metrics (media coverage, engagement,
reach)
• Maintain editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met 

Social Media
• Support LinkedIn content planning and publishing
• Help promote key announcements, awards, and company initiatives
• Assist in amplifying internal initiatives (e.g. CSR, Empowered communities, learning culture
topics) 

Employee Advocacy Program
• Support the creation and scheduling of employee advocacy posts
• Ensure smooth day-to-day management of the advocacy platform (content upload, tagging,
distribution) 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to source relevant content and encourage participation
• Monitor program performance (engagement, participation rates) and suggest improvements 

Administrative & Operational Support
• Organize documents, content libraries, and PR assets
• Prepare reporting decks and summaries

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in Public Relations, content creation, and thought leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (at least C1) in both French and English, with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences (media, corporate, social)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and content creation tools (e.g. Canva)
