Apex Developer - Senior Consultant, Oracle Health Consulting

Among the critical tools developed and supported by the Technology Consulting Development team is an exciting new project that combines Cerner Millennium automation with Oracle APEX technology. The Data Online Collaboration Tool has been identified by top leadership as critical to the accelerated VA rollout.

Qualifications

· BS/MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or previous work experience

· APEX or Web development background

· JavaScript

Technical skills

o Develop APEX applications

o SQL, stored procedures

o DBA: Database design (modeling diagrams, virtual private databases, indexes, etc)

o Performance tuning

o User Interface design

o Full stack development

Soft skills

o Working beside stakeholders (end users) to define and/or clarify functional requirements

o Troubleshooting and debugging skills

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
