Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for process governance and change coordination? Inetum is looking for a Senior Change Manager to oversee and ensure the successful execution of changes across the CAPS application landscape.

🧩 Your Mission:

As a Change Manager, you will:

  • ✅ Lead the Change Management process, from request evaluation to final approval, in alignment with CA-GIP standards
  • ✅ Assess risks and impacts of proposed changes on production services, users, and processes
  • ✅ Ensure quality and completeness of deliverables for each change
  • ✅ Coordinate CAB and E-CAB meetings, acting as a mediator when needed
  • ✅ Plan and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • ✅ Monitor post-deployment success and conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs)

 Your Skills:

  • ✅ Strong experience in Change Management and ITIL-based processes
  • ✅ Solid understanding of IT systems and ability to interpret technical language
  • ✅ Ability to write clear and concise documentation
  • ✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • ✅ Working knowledge of SQL and ability to read/debug Java 8+ code (a plus)
  • ✅ Fluent in French (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

🕒 Working Hours:

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Availability during lunch hours for urgent changes (flexible lunch schedule)
