  • Pre-Task Planning & Safety: Create and complete detailed work plans prior to initiating installations, strictly adhering to cleanroom protocols, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with SCT team members, equipment engineering staff, and external contractors to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve installation challenges promptly while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Trade Background: HVAC, sheet metal, and ducting experience is preferred. Experience in related trades—such as high-purity piping, plumbing, electrical, or general mechanical construction—will also be strongly considered.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 6+ years of relevant mechanical, industrial, or trade experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, technical schematics, layout drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Cleanroom Familiarity: Prior experience working within semiconductor or high-tech cleanroom environments is a strong plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, high attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to thrive in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy components, bending, and standing for extended periods in specialized cleanroom gear.
  • Certifications: Trade-related certifications or licenses (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Plumbing, etc.) are preferred.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Vocational training, apprenticeship completion, or technical certifications in HVAC, sheet metal, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
