Senior Digital Strategist

Role Summary

The Senior Digital Strategist serves as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise customers, leading complex digital transformation programs focused on customer experience, AI-native operations, personalization, content supply chain transformation, and measurable business value realization.

This role is expected to shape strategic customer direction, influence executive stakeholders, lead consulting initiatives across regions and industries, and contribute directly to consulting growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy & Executive Advisory

• Lead large-scale customer transformation engagements across digital experience, personalization, analytics, content operations, and customer journey orchestration.
• Partner with executive stakeholders including CMOs, CDOs, Marketing Leaders, and Digital Transformation Heads to define strategic roadmaps and transformation priorities.
• Conduct executive workshops leveraging benchmarking, customer journey mapping, organizational assessments, value realization frameworks, and industry insights.
• Drive outcome-based consulting conversations aligned to measurable business KPIs and customer value.
• Shape strategic recommendations around operating models, governance structures, process transformation, and digital maturity.

Adobe Experience Cloud Leadership

• Demonstrate deep expertise across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and enterprise digital ecosystems.
• Advise customers on enterprise-wide adoption strategies involving:
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Target
  • Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Drive strategic alignment between customer business objectives and Adobe platform capabilities.
• Support development of consulting frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and strategic assets.

AI Transformation & Innovation

• Lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives focused on personalization, automation, content intelligence, customer journey optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Influence AI readiness conversations and define scalable AI-native transformation approaches.
• Drive innovation initiatives that improve consulting scalability, delivery effectiveness, and measurable customer impact.
• Identify emerging industry trends and shape future-state customer transformation strategies.

Leadership, Mentoring & Business Growth

• Lead strategic consulting workstreams across regions, industries, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor consultants and strategists to strengthen consulting capability and strategic thinking.
• Influence consulting growth opportunities, renewals, and executive customer relationships.
• Build trusted partnerships with customers, regional stakeholders, sales teams, and leadership organizations.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, industry events, customer workshops, and innovation programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 11–12 years of experience in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, transformation programs, or customer experience initiatives.
• Proven expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise MarTech ecosystems.
• Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence senior customer stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs and consulting initiatives.
