We are currently looking for interns to be part of our Internship program in the Trust & Safety team. This is an opportunity to join our team and learn about Brand Protection and how to prevent online fraud.

We are ideally looking for recent graduates or current master's students who are passionate about Online Brand Protection, Fraud Prevention, Technological Operations, and SaaS. Our interns collaborate with the Customer Operations team to make sure all infringements are taken down by our innovative technology. 

You will assist in tasks such as:

  • Assist in maintaining the safety, security, and integrity of our platform.
  • Support the investigation of reported incidents, privacy concerns, and abuse reports under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help with data collection and analysis to identify patterns, trends, and potential fraudulent activities.
  • Assist in the review and improvement of policies, guidelines, and processes to enhance user safety.
  • Help respond to user inquiries related to Trust and Safety concerns, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Contribute to monitoring and analyzing Trust and Safety metrics and assist in preparing reports.
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to Trust and Safety and provide support in ensuring compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Operational teams when needed.
  • Currently pursuing or recently finished studies in Criminology, Law, Business Administration or similar (not necessarily university studies)
  • English and Spanish fluency is a must.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy: you easily learn how to work with new tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Any previous experience in online research is highly valued.
