Descripción

Intuit is a global technology platform that helps consumers and small businesses overcome their most important financial challenges. Serving more than 100 million customers worldwide, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.

The Global Business Solutions Group (“GBSG”) is Intuit’s largest business unit with $8B+ in revenue, serving 8M+ customers with the QuickBooks line of products including accounting, payments, payroll, capital lending and banking. The US GBSG Finance team is critical in driving business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership.

Come join Intuit as part of the Payments Finance team as a Finance Leader (internal title will be Staff Financial Analyst) partnering with the QuickBooks Money business segment. In this role you will own the finance point of view on Payments transaction economics: how we monetize payment volume, what it costs to move that money, and where the margin levers are. You will partner closely with the Commercial, Risk, Product and Analytics teams to forecast net take rate, quantify unit economics, and identify and prioritize spread-optimization opportunities. You’ll be challenged to think bolder, move faster, and have a big impact.

Responsibilities

  • Spread forecasting and reporting: Own the forecast and reporting of net take rate by payment method as part of the monthly close/forecast cadence and business review preparation. Prepare variance explanations and liaise with the Corporate Accounting team and cross-functional partners to ensure correct accounting treatment of payments revenue and cost of revenue.

  • Margin lever and unit economics analysis: Quantify and track the drivers of spread, including instant funding, card mix and routing, and processor and network costs, and translate them into risks and opportunities for the Payments P&L. Build and maintain payments unit economics (ARPC, LTV, LTR) and margin analysis to inform go-to-market, pricing and product priorities.

  • Pricing and spread optimization: Develop pricing analysis and a prioritized pipeline of spread-optimization opportunities, including sizing, business cases, and post-launch tracking. Partner with the Commercial team to continuously evaluate payments networks and providers with the goal of optimizing margins and customer experience.

  • Strategic planning: Be a trusted advisor to the QuickBooks Money and Commercial teams on transaction economics, shaping our 1- and 3-year strategic plans, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities to spread and margin, and driving optimal investment decisions through data-driven insights and business modeling expertise.

  • Operational excellence and process improvement: Partner with Product, Commercial, Risk, Marketing and Analytics to define and monitor spread and margin KPIs, and drive efficiencies by streamlining, standardizing and automating spread reporting and forecasting processes.

  • 6+ years FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or analytics
  • 4+ years of experience with financial forecasting or analytic modeling
