Descripción

We are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for Agent Runtime capabilities within Intuit’s Consumer Group (CG). In this role, you will own the foundational AI runtime that enables TurboTax and Credit Karma teams to rapidly build, evaluate, and operate reliable agentic AI experiences at scale.

You will partner closely with AI, Engineering, and Experience teams to solve some of the hardest problems in production agentic systems—including agent harnesses, durable execution and state management, agent sandboxing, evaluations, tool execution, observability, latency, and reliability.

This is a deeply technical product leadership role. You will identify problems emerging from real customer experiences, determine which should be solved as common platform primitives, and drive those capabilities from strategy and architecture through adoption and measurable customer impact.

If you have a deep understanding of AI agents and large-scale platform systems, this is an opportunity to define a critical layer of Intuit’s Agentic AI technology stack.

Intuit has embraced a hybrid working model and this role will be based out of our Mountain View office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent Runtime platform, ensuring it delivers the right capabilities for internal teams to build sophisticated Agentic AI experiences at scale.
  • Demonstrate deep, end-to-end ownership of complex platform initiatives, driving requirements from conception through execution and adoption.
  • Collaborate deeply with TurboTax and CreditKarma product experience teams to shape Agentic capabilities that directly meet business outcomes and accelerate the delivery of AI-driven consumer experiences.
  • Drive core Agentic AI infrastructure, prioritizing the development of robust agent harnesses, rigorous evaluation (eval) frameworks, and secure agent sandboxes.
  • Act as a key leader partnering with cross-functional platform teams in a highly matrixed organization, bridging the gap between cutting edge AI and consumer-facing product experiences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience working with consumer facing product platforms, backend workflow orchestration, or Traditional AI/ML systems.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering production-grade agents for consumers
  • Deep technical understanding of modern Agentic AI paradigms, with specific knowledge of agent harnesses, Context engineering, MCPs, LLM evaluation pipelines, and agent execution environments.
  • Proven track record of high-ownership product management, successfully driving complex foundational platforms into production.
  • Strong ability to partner with, influence, and align cross-functional platform, AI science, and consumer experience teams in a matrixed organization.
