In this role you will:

As our Business Analyst Intern, you will join in January 2027 (for 6 months) our Revenue Operations team at a key moment of growth.
Our tool stack has been expanding rapidly, and we’re now looking for someone to centralize the management of all RevOps and Sales tools to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Mission & Responsibilities :
  • Centralize and manage the entire RevOps, Sales & CS tech stack—CRMs (HubSpot preferred), Make, Aircall, Lusha, ScrapingBee, etc.—ensuring a unified source of truth
  • Administer, maintain & continually optimize tooling to eliminate redundancies, errors, automation conflicts, and data silos.
  • Map, document & scale workflows, ensuring sustainability, reliability, governance, and end-to-end compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to identify tool-related bottlenecks & opportunities.
  • Own user support, onboarding, training, and champion best practices to drive adoption and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor tool usage metrics, process KPIs, and ROI; proactively recommend improvements for continuous optimization .
  • Research, pilot, and recommend new no-code / low-code integrations to enable growth, scale, and team alignment .


Your Profile
  • Student in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a strong interest in technical topics.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing operational datasets.
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, or n8n), CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), and workspace tools (Notion) is considered as a plus.
  • Technical Curiosity: Basic understanding or experience with programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS) is a strong plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Italian are considered as a plus)
