Bras Droit CEO/COO (Stage)

Join Karmen, an exciting fintech startup, as a Bras Droit CEO/COO intern. You will work directly with the founding team on various strategic and operational tasks, including business development, operations, partnerships, and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Support the sales team in business development, including performance analysis and lead qualifying.
• Assist in various operational topics, such as customer feedback and internal process optimization.
• Drive the partner pipeline and collaborate with the Tech team to enhance the Karmen product.

### ⚡️ Profile
• Ideally from a business or engineering school (4+ years)
• Previous experience in a start-up / in an investment fund / consulting / banking
• Fluency in English (oral and written) & French (C1)
• Mastery of Google Tools, CRM & growth hacking tools a plus
• Be a real Swiss Army knife
• Entrepreneurial
• Autonomous
• Thirsty to learn and willing to get their hands dirty
