SAP Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of SAP projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and S/4HANA conversion initiatives. The role will oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate cross-functional and technical workstreams, and ensure project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and delivery partners to support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and deployment activities while ensuring effective project governance, reporting, and delivery controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project execution and delivery activities
• Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, status reports, and action items
• Coordinate activities across functional, technical, and business workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project communications
• Support testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with project reporting, governance processes, and delivery controls

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing SAP projects
• Experience delivering SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or S/4HANA conversion projects
• Proven experience managing large project teams and working with multi-entity or multi-division clients
• Hands-on experience managing projects using the SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM is a plus
• SAP Project Management and/or SAP Activate certification is a plus
