Descrizione

Consumer Money is a full-service digital banking product built to help our members make the most out of their money. It’s also a fundamental piece of Intuit’s broader consumer strategy, and in this role you will work closely with colleagues both at Credit Karma and TurboTax.

As a Regulatory Complaints Specialist for Consumer Money, you will be a key driver within our control team, responsible for managing, investigating, and resolving formal regulatory complaints. You will lead high-stakes case investigations from intake through resolution, working alongside a diverse and cross-functional team to protect our members and our platform. Your efforts will include drafting official response letters to agencies like the CFPB and FDIC, ensuring strict turnaround compliance, and identifying systemic operational gaps.

This role is critical to scaling one of Intuit’s most strategic businesses safely and compliantly. Executing on our vision will require maintaining rigorous compliance standards, protecting our partner bank relationships, and delivering thorough, audit-ready operational output that upholds member trust.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end investigation and resolution of critical, high-risk complaints escalated from federal and state regulatory bodies

  • Own the full regulatory response process end to end, including: evaluating root causes, gathering evidence, drafting compliant response letters, and securing executive alignment

  • Maintain operational excellence by strictly adhering to mandatory regulatory response timelines and reporting frameworks

  • Execute cross-functionally with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk, Customer Care, and Operations

  • Influence Consumer Money operational strategy as a subject-matter expert — performing trend analyses on complaint drivers and providing actionable insights to proactively close risk gaps

  • Raise the bar for the craft: refine case management standards, build scalable intake playbooks, and mentor team members across operational workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in regulatory operations, consumer compliance, or formal complaint management within fintech, neobanking, or financial services (JD or CRCM preferred)
