We are looking for a PMO to join our team: here you will have the opportunity to define the strategy, execution and governance, helping different teams to move in the same direction and transform priorities into measurable outcomes. Your contribution will create alignment, visibility and decision-making quality across multiple initiatives, enabling product leaders to focus on delivering value.

In particular, you will: 

• Coordinate complex programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, priorities and execution.
• Monitor roadmap progress, budgeting activities and reporting, providing clear visibility on results, risks and next steps.
• Support Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring product decisions remain consistent with business priorities and long-term objectives.
• Connect teams with different goals and perspectives, facilitating collaboration and driving decisions that create value across the organization.
• Define and track process performance indicators, transforming data into actionable insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

What skills are we looking for? 

• At least 6 years of experience in program management, product governance, functional analysis or similar roles within technology-driven organizations.
• Strong product awareness, allowing you to understand priorities, challenge assumptions and support strategic decision-making.
• A pragmatic and execution-oriented approach, enabling initiatives to progress effectively across multiple workstreams.
• Analytical thinking with process orientation, measuring performance and using data to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated capacity to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels and adapt seamlessly to diverse, high-stakes environments using diplomacy and sound judgment.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)

• Total compensation: € 48.000 – € 62.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.​
