In this role you will:

Le poste :

Basés à Barcelone, nous recherchons nos futurs Télévendeur.se B2C pour le marché français.

• Tu géreras un volume important d’appels sortants vers des prospects pré-qualifiés, afin de les conseiller, répondre à leurs besoins, et conclure des ventes.

• Tu maîtrises l’art de la persuasion, la gestion des objections, et tu sais accompagner le client avec empathie et professionnalisme.

• Si nécessaire, tu seras amené(e) à basculer sur des clients anglais — un bon niveau d’anglais est donc un plus.
   

Profil recherché :

• Français courant obligatoire.

• Excellente aisance à l’oral, bonnes capacités d’écoute, sens de la persuasion, capacité à gérer des objections.

• Motivé(e), résilient(e), orienté(e) résultats, prêt(e) à apprendre. Nous acceptons les débutants ambitieux.

• Anglais souhaité, mais pas obligatoire pour ce poste.

Hiring Process:

• Étape 1 :Entretien téléphonique avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition pour échanger sur ton parcours et le poste (15 min). Nous privilegions les créneaux de 12h à 13h chaque jour pour échanger avec toi, cela étant tu as la possibilité de prendre rendez vous à n'importe quel moment!

• Étape 2: Test Gorillapour mieux comprendre ta façon de travailler, ta compréhension des consignes et certains traits de ta personnalité (45min).

• Étape 3 :Entretien visio avec un recruteur pour évaluer ton profil commercial (30 min).

• Étape 4 :Rencontre sur site avec un manager afin de valider l’adéquation avec l’équipe (30 min).
