You will play a key role in building and scaling a network of partners (resellers, software editors, Global System Integrators) to drive business growth in this strategic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and qualify potential partners (resellers, editors, GSIs) by defining criteria, meeting teams, and assessing fit.

  • Develop and activate the partner ecosystem in line with Esker’s strategy.

  • Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for partners.

  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle (co-selling, pre-sales, deal support).

  • Analyze partners’ internal procedures, identify improvement areas, and help align with best practices.

  • Collaborate in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners; conduct regular pipeline reviews and organize business reviews with partner management.

  • Develop annual business plans for Esker’s Sales Management and contribute to product evolution by gathering partner feedback.

  • Launch partner enablement and marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, R&D).

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business, management, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in reseller or channel management in a software environment within a context of partner activity creation or restructuring.

  • Proven experience building and managing partner networks

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus

  • Good knowledge of channel markets in Germany and Eastern Europe required

  • Hands on attitude and experience in building channel networks from scratch
