We are looking for a Business Analyst with the ability to analyze, discuss and define development solutions, as well as coordinate and monitor the implementation of solutions, but also assist in identifying and tracking incidents that occur on platforms already in operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining technical solutions with the help of the technical teams
  • Drawing functional diagrams to facilitate decision-making and form the basis of the technical solution.
  • Stakeholder management (technical and business)
  • Aligning deliveries based on program objectives
  • Prioritizing and coordinating the tasks of the different teams involved in the same development
  • Monitoring developments, deploys for quality and coordination of integrated tests
  • Coordinating UATs with the business before they go into production
  • Preparing information for the analysis teams
  • Requesting effort and cost estimates from the technical teams
  • Defining technical requirements
  • Proactively ensuring the operational excellence of electric mobility platforms
  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in specifying, implementing and monitoring digital solutions
  • Minimum of 2 years in IT project management
  • Experience in resolving/managing incidents
  • Knowledge of Galp's Digital Ecosystem (Middleware Systems, CRM, Billing, Apps, Portals, etc.)
  • Knowledge of IT helpdesk operations
  • Ability to analyze systems documentation and architecture
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)
