Product Owner / Project Manager (French and English Speaker)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and management of innovative tools for the banking system and drive projects related to company culture evolution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and project management expertise, with a good understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.
 

Your Responsibilities:
Product Ownership

• Define the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap for innovative tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
• Work closely with business, engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI to inform product development.

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company culture evolution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
• Regularly report on project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities
• Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar).
• Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum framework.
