Inetum is looking for an Administration & Access Management Officer to own and manage JIRA platform, ensuring reliable daily operations, great user support, and continuous improvement of our tooling ecosystem. If you enjoy combining technical expertise with service ownership and collaborating across Agile, DevOps, and ITSM teams, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and maintain our core collaboration and workflow tools, ensuring they run smoothly, securely, and reliably.
  • Support users by providing guidance, training, and best practices to help teams work efficiently.
  • Configure and optimize platforms, improving workflows, permissions, templates, and integrations as needed.
  • Collaborate with Agile, DevOps, ITSM, and Data teams to enable better delivery processes and reporting.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate changes or improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data‑management standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements, automation initiatives, and platform evolution projects.

Experience

  • Solid experience administering JIRA in environments with multiple teams.
  • Ability to streamline and standardize workflows and configurations.
  • Practical experience in at least two areas such as ITSM integrations (e.g., ServiceNow/SILVA), DevOps/GitHub, or BI/Power BI data flows.
  • Comfortable running day‑to‑day services with SLAs, KPIs, and clear operational processes.

Technical Skills

  • Strong JIRA administration knowledge (projects, workflows, permissions, automation, JQL).
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and scripting tools (ScriptRunner is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of platform fundamentals like Linux, logs, and authentication setups.
  • Experience with GitHub or similar DevOps tools.
  • Ability to build dashboards and reports; basic SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of security best practices (access control, logging, data protection).
  • Awareness of Cloud differences and modern platforms (OpenShift is a bonus).

Ways of Working

  • Comfortable with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for service management.
  • Familiarity with secure software development processes and governance steps.

Nice-to-Have Certifications

  • Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (Data Center/Server; Cloud is a plus).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation.
  • Scrum Master or SAFe certification.
