EUC Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Working in the EUC Team based from Farnham.

  • To contribute to business wide projects and service tickets using specialist knowledge as instructed by company processes.

  • Respond to user requests for service; troubleshoot incidents and problems, develop solutions; make break fix repairs to equipment and arrange for other service needs as appropriate

  • Management of Hardware Stock for specific contracts including internal assets

  • Manage and maintain internal asset register

  • Complete hardware assessments of customer equipment

  • Complete pre-deployment setup activities on variety of end user devices

  • Utilize Microsoft 365 Services and other 3rd party tools including Autopilot and InTune to automate customer and internal device deployments

  • Manage logistics through courier partners for the sending and receiving of equipment throughout the organisation

  • Complete and maintain accurate timesheets with a commercial awareness of billable works

  • Continual assessment and improvement of team processes and procedures


General:

  • Contributing to continuous functional development and work planning

  • Planning and improving own performance against objectives set in the 121 and PDR schemes

  • Attending and fully participating in internal and external meetings and events as required

  • Undertaking a proactive role in own development and undertaking an active role in training and development as required of you by the organisation

  • At all times, maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018

  • Undertaking all duties and acting at all times, in accordance with the organisation’s Policies and Procedures and Colleague Handbook.
