Professional Services Consultant

We’re looking for a Professional Services Consultant to join our international team and help our customers successfully implement and integrate Quadient solutions.

You’ll work directly on customer projects, focusing particularly on integration and technical delivery. You’ll configure and customize solutions, support testing, investigate technical challenges and work with customers and internal teams to make sure projects move forward successfully.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to work with programming, AWS, integrations and financial automation, while developing your consulting and customer-facing skills. You’ll be given ownership of your deliverables and encouraged to find information and solutions independently.

• Deliver assigned activities across customer implementation projects, including configuration, customization, testing and documentation.
• Work on integrations and help resolve situations where existing functionality does not fully meet customer needs.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and find practical solutions.
• Use your programming knowledge and technical skills to support solution delivery and integrations.
• Work with AWS and other technologies as part of customer implementations.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis and identify appropriate solutions.
• Support customers during testing, pilots, production and training phases.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Professional Services and Product teams to keep projects moving.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams.
• Take ownership of your deliverables, timelines and communication throughout the project.
• Create clear technical and project documentation and share your knowledge with the team.

• Experience in software implementation, technical consulting, integration, IT delivery or a similar role.
• Good understanding of programming and scripting – programming knowledge is essential.
• Practical experience with AWS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to investigating technical issues.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues from different teams and backgrounds.
• A proactive and independent approach – you’re comfortable taking ownership and finding the information you need.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Experience with Java, Python or Spark.
• Previous experience delivering customer projects.
• Knowledge of financial automation or e-invoicing.
• Experience with ERP systems or integrations.
• Experience working with software products in an international environment.
• Familiarity with Quadient solutions or applications.
