Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior RPA & Hyperautomation Developer with strong expertise in UiPath, Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise automation solutions while driving innovation through AI-powered automation, document intelligence, and LLM-based use cases.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation delivery and exposure to developing AI-powered solutions using Python, Machine Learning frameworks, and modern LLM ecosystems.

Key ResponsibilitiesRPA Development

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath.
2. Develop attended and unattended bots using UiPath REFramework.
3. Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator.
4. Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
5. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.

Hyperautomation & AI

1. Identify automation opportunities using Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI-based assessments.
2. Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions.
3. Develop automation workflows integrating AI and Machine Learning models.
4. Create AI-assisted business process automations.

GenAI & LLM Development

1. Develop and implement RAG-based solutions.
2. Build AI Assistants and enterprise chatbots.
3. Design prompt engineering frameworks.
4. Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, or similar models into automation workflows.
5. Fine-tune open-source LLMs for domain-specific business use cases.
6. Develop AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks.

Machine Learning

1. Develop predictive and classification models using Python.
2. Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
3. Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
4. Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases.

Integration & Development

1. Develop API integrations with enterprise applications.
2. Integrate automation solutions with SAP, Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
3. Build automation dashboards and monitoring capabilities.

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Educational Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
2. Master's Degree (M.Tech / MCA / MBA-IT / Data Science) is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Qualifications

1. Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Document Understanding, and AI Center.
2. Hands-on development experience using Python for AI/ML solutions.
3. Experience with Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
4. Exposure to LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
5. Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise application integrations.
6. Experience with Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is desirable.

1. UiPath Certified Professional Advanced Developer.
2. UiPath AI Center Specialist Certification.
3. Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102).
4. Microsoft Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100).
5. Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
6. Generative AI / LLM Certifications from Microsoft, OpenAI, AWS, Google, or equivalent.

1. Experience with UiPath Agent Builder.
2. Exposure to Process Mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).
3. Experience building AI-powered copilots and enterprise chatbots.
4. Exposure to MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and open-source LLMs such as Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Qwen, or Falcon.
5. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
