Intuit internships are 12 weeks throughout the summer. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities’ academic calendars.

We are hiring AI research interns to join a high-caliber team of research scientists, domain experts, data scientists, and machine learning engineers working on foundational AI problems that directly influence Intuit's portfolio of fintech offerings to millions of consumers and small businesses. As a research intern, you'll work on cutting-edge AI technologies including robust and safe AI, neuro-symbolic AI (knowledge representation and learning, constraint satisfaction), reinforcement learning, agents and multi-agent systems, post-training and inference-time scaling in language models, and decision theory — researching and applying the latest innovations to develop advanced capabilities, push the state of the art in AI, and improve our customer experience.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $64.20 - $86.68 /hr.
