Summary:

A professional-level project manager responsible for complex, multi-project delivery. You will be managing standard to mid-complexity projects; additionally, you will lead complex, high-value or multi-product projects and influence delivery standards.

Role Purpose

To deliver projects predictably at scale, ensuring governance compliance, commercial performance, and strong customer outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery across projects, balancing scope, cost, timeline and quality while maintaining consistent and repeatable delivery performance.

  • Apply governance standards and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, providing accurate and timely reporting.

  • Build trusted customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding, go-live and transition with low escalation rates.

  • Manage utilisation, forecasting and margin across the project portfolio, while contributing to continuous improvement and sharing delivery best practice.

  • Delivery milestones meet agreed targets, with reduced delivery variance and high first-time-right delivery rates.

  • Governance compliance meets agreed targets and risks are mitigated before impacting delivery.

  • NPS/tNPS meets or exceeds targets, with low escalation rates and positive post-delivery feedback.

  • Margin variance, forecasting and portfolio utilisation remain within agreed targets.

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver full lifecycle projects. Advanced application of delivery frameworks such as AIMS, Agile and Hybrid. 

  • Effective stakeholder and customer management. Commercial awareness covering margin, utilisation and forecasting. 

  • Ability to manage risk and delivery at scale. Ability to use AI-assisted insights to improve forecasting, reporting and delivery decisions. 

Desirable Requirements

  • Desirable Experience: Project management certification. Experience in complex or SaaS delivery environments. 

  • Other: Contribution to delivery methodology or practice improvement.
