The Silicon One Productization team works on innovative manufacturing and test solutions that accelerate time-to-market and deliver outstanding supply chain performance for advanced networking silicon. By bridge-building between ASIC Design engineering and global manufacturing, our team ensures that groundbreaking IP successfully transitions from the lab to high-volume production. Your Impact

Manage high-volume ASIC test operations across global OSAT partners to consistently hit production throughput, yield, and uptime targets. Lead the rapid investigation and root-cause resolution of complex hardware and software test challenges to minimize manufacturing downtime. Drive strategic capacity planning and hardware management to seamlessly align OSAT production schedules with Cisco's product delivery timelines. Analyze massive manufacturing datasets using statistical tools to uncover yield trends and implement continuous optimization strategies. Partner closely with ASIC design teams and global logistics to shape the long-term Silicon One deployment strategy, ensuring detailed product execution from silicon to customer.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BSEE or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) or CFT volume production environments working with high-end compute or networking devices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, Python programming, and TCP/IP network configuration.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience performing statistical yield analysis, correlation analysis, and root-cause debugging on manufacturing yield issues or field escapes.
  • Operations: Experience handling OSAT operations, test site qualifications, and manufacturing fulfillment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating and troubleshooting Hontech ATC and Chroma handlers.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a proven track record to distill sophisticated technical data for diverse collaborators.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive within a fast-paced, multifaceted engineering environment.
