Description

OCI Platform is seeking a Program Manager (IC1) to support business operations across financial tracking, vendor and contract coordination, reporting, collaboration tools, facilities activities, and cross-functional programs. This role will bring structure to recurring operational work, maintain accurate trackers and forecasts, surface risks, and help stakeholders complete actions on time.

The role offers broad exposure to the operational mechanisms that support OCI Platform. The Program Manager will work across business functions and external vendors, helping improve visibility, consistency, documentation, and execution across important day-to-day operating processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track third-party budgets and spending; monitor expenses against forecasts and update monthly and quarterly expense forecasts.
  • Track contract expiration and renewal dates and coordinate timely renewals with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, renewals, offboarding, open actions, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain CCD reporting, project trackers, dashboards, status reports, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, budget variances, and schedule concerns; facilitate project and status meetings.
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint sites and documentation and help drive structure, governance, content organization, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate facilities-related requests and projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, vendors, and business teams and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Improve and standardize processes, reporting, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in business operations, program coordination, project planning and scheduling or related experience.
  • Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail in operational and financial workflows.
  • Ability to lead through coordination, accountability, and influence in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive teams or leadership organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience applying change management, process improvement, and strategic thinking to improve operations processes and drive effective business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs rather than reacts to requests

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.82 to $50.43 per hour; from: $53,700 to $104,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
