Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Technical Learning Experience & Delivery role is responsible for designing, developing, and scaling world-class technical learning experiences that prepare Builders to successfully design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions for customers.
The primary focus of this role is technical learning strategy, curriculum architecture, and content development. This individual will translate complex AI, product, engineering, and architecture concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences that build real technical proficiency.
This is not a traditional instructional design role. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, learning expertise, and strong facilitation skills and is comfortable working directly with Product, CoE, technical SMEs, and field practitioners.
Approximately 10–20% of the role will focus on technical delivery, including selected Builder Bootcamps, technical workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs. Direct delivery allows this individual to remain close to the Builder experience, validate curriculum in real learning environments, and continuously improve the learning experience.
The role supports Graduate and Professional Builders across onboarding, ongoing enablement, and product release readiness.
Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles, skills, and proficiency expectations.
Develop curriculum strategies for onboarding, ongoing technical development, and product readiness.
Translate complex AI, Salesforce product, architecture, data, and engineering concepts into structured learning experiences.
Define learning objectives, curriculum sequencing, instructional approaches, and proficiency expectations.
Create modular, reusable learning experiences that can scale globally and evolve as products and technologies change.
Partner with Product & Field Readiness to ensure learning experiences align with competency frameworks, readiness assessments, certifications, and product priorities.
Establish technical learning standards and reusable curriculum patterns across the Builder organization.
Design and develop instructor-led and self-paced technical curriculum, workshops, demonstrations, technical exercises, and supporting learning materials.
Partner with Product, field SMEs, and experienced Builders to ensure the curriculum is technically accurate and grounded in real customer implementation experiences.
Incorporate customer scenarios, architecture patterns, implementation best practices, and lessons learned from the field.
Ensure curriculum goes beyond product knowledge to teach Builders how to apply technology to solve real customer problems.
Maintain and continuously evolve curriculum as Salesforce products, AI capabilities, and Builder practices change.
Leverage AI-assisted development and content creation tools to accelerate curriculum development, testing, and maintenance.
Partner with Applied Learning, Labs & Delivery to integrate hands-on labs, sandbox environments, simulations, technical challenges, and capstones into learning journeys.
Design experiences that intentionally progress learners from concept → practice → application → proficiency.
Incorporate realistic customer scenarios and implementation challenges into technical curriculum.
Ensure learning experiences reflect how Builders actually discover, design, build, deploy, and optimize solutions with customers.
Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for Builder Bootcamps, technical workshops, and new technical learning programs.
Design and facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions that prepare instructors, field SMEs, and Builder faculty to effectively deliver technical curriculum.
Develop instructor guides, facilitation materials, technical demo guidance, delivery playbooks, and supporting faculty resources.
Establish instructor readiness criteria and technical delivery standards.
Assess faculty readiness and provide coaching prior to live program delivery.
Coach instructors on technical facilitation, learner engagement, hands-on instruction, and troubleshooting.
Observe delivery and provide actionable feedback to continuously improve instructor effectiveness.
Build a scalable faculty enablement model that enables consistent, high-quality technical delivery across regions and cohorts.
Personally deliver selected Builder Bootcamps, technical workshops, product deep dives, and other instructor-led technical learning experiences.
Facilitate technical demonstrations and selected hands-on sessions.
Support technical coaching and Office Hours as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to explain, build, and troubleshoot technical solutions in a live learning environment.
Use direct delivery experience to validate curriculum effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Model exceptional technical facilitation and delivery practices for instructors and field faculty.
This role is not intended to be a full-time instructor. Direct delivery is a targeted component of the role designed to maintain technical credibility, connection to learners, and curriculum quality.
Partner with Product & Builder Readiness to connect curriculum to defined skills, assessments, certifications, and proficiency benchmarks.
Use learner feedback, assessment results, CSAT, instructor feedback, and delivery observations to continuously improve curriculum.
Identify emerging technical capability gaps and recommend new or updated learning interventions.
Evaluate whether learning experiences are building practical proficiency—not simply course completion.
Use data and field insights to prioritize curriculum investments and improvements.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and teach complex software, AI, data, architecture, and enterprise technology concepts.
Demonstrated experience designing technical curriculum, developer education, technical enablement, or technical learning experiences.
Ability to create hands-on, application-oriented technical learning rather than primarily conceptual or feature-based training.
Strong curriculum architecture and learning experience design capabilities.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, practical learning experiences.
Strong instructor-led training and technical facilitation skills.
Ability to lead Train-the-Trainer programs and enable other technical instructors to deliver effectively.
Comfortable demonstrating and troubleshooting technical concepts in a live environment.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and technical storytelling skills.
Ability to partner effectively across Product, Engineering, Enablement, and field technical organizations.
Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving AI and product environment.
Strong customer and learner empathy with a passion for developing technical talent.
Experience in technical education, developer education, solution engineering, software development, architecture, forward-deployed engineering, technical enablement, or a related technical role.
Experience designing and delivering hands-on technical bootcamps, workshops, or immersive technical learning programs.
Experience developing Train-the-Trainer programs and enabling technical faculty.
Experience with Salesforce Platform, Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, APIs, integrations, automation, or related enterprise technologies.
Experience with generative AI, agentic AI, prompt/context engineering, and AI-assisted development tools.
Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to translate new technical capabilities into field-ready learning.
Experience designing technical learning for global audiences.
