  • Own and drive the business credit card compliance framework, conducting risk assessments to identify top exposure areas and ensuring the control environment effectively mitigates identified risks.
  • Drive credit policy compliance narrative for bank partner change-control submissions, partnering with the Credit team on policy changes and credit model updates.
  • Own compliance review of Business Credit Card customer-facing content and communications at scale.
  • Lead compliance response to incidents and escalations (e.g. customer complaints, regulatory inquiries).
  • Run point on prioritization of any open or outstanding program items, with the ability to resolve cross-functional conflicts and escalate to leadership when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
  • Deep, demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management, including product and rewards structure, card brand/network rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Experience providing compliance advisory to Product, Marketing, or Servicing teams, ideally for a bank-partnered or bank-sponsored product.
  • Experience reviewing marketing or customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
  • Experience partnering with Credit/Risk teams on credit policy or credit model-related compliance matters a plus.
  • Ability to thrive independently as an individual contributor, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • AI-first mindset, with interest in using AI tools to improve and automate compliance workflows where applicable.
  • Ability to help drive the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage, enabling growth and customer prosperity.
