The Job :
As Business Development Manager, you will drive the development of scalable B2B2C partnerships across Belgium for both our Energy and Telecom activities.
You will identify new distribution channels and ensure seamless implementation to deliver strong and predictable customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new B2B2C partnership opportunities across multiple industries in Belgium (retail, digital platforms, …)
Build strong, long‑term relationships with partners, from first contact to contract signature, activation and performance monitoring
Co‑design tailored offers and acquisition funnels with partners
Lead negotiations on commercial terms, contracts and business models
Build and continuously fine‑tune business cases, pricing and ROI together with our Head of Customer Value Proposition
Coordinate internal execution with Marketing, Operations and other teams
Launch and activate partnerships together with partners
Actively manage and “farm” partnerships to maximize performance month after month
Monitor, analyze and report on performance, CAC and ROI, with clear KPIs
Represent MEGA externally at selected industry events, network meetings or partner visits
👉 This is a hands‑on, field‑oriented role: you will spend most of your time meeting partners and pushing partnerships to perform.
