The Position

As a member of the Account Management team, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Client Portfolio Management : Manage, retain, and grow accounts based in France and Europe. Your first objective is to make our customers stay through continued satisfaction of our services.

  • Business Development : Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Helping our customers think out of the box to maximize their sales operations and therefore boost the strength of Lemonway’s value proposition.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, coordinate with other teams, ensure your customer portfolio overall satisfaction and quickly resolve any issues that arise in short delays.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular reports, and suggest areas for improvement. Update information and forecasts in Salesforce.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the product, support, and compliance teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
