Ateme is looking for a permanent AI Solutions & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy internal tools that reduce repetitive tasks, streamline access to information, and improve team efficiency, particularly across Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Product, and Operations.

Your role will sit at the intersection of full-stack development, generative AI, automation, and business understanding. You will work from real business needs to develop reliable, measurable solutions that are easy for teams to adopt.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize use cases: Work directly with business teams to understand their processes, identify low-value or repetitive tasks, and define the expected benefits.

• Prototype quickly: Design proofs of concept and usage-focused MVPs, test them with users, and iterate based on feedback.

• Develop end-to-end internal tools: Build user interfaces, backend services, workflows, agents, and integrations through to operational deployment.

• Connect enterprise systems: Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other approved data sources while respecting access rights and permissions.

• Industrialize solutions: Implement testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, version management, support, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure security and responsible AI: Apply data protection, confidentiality, traceability, human oversight, and risk management requirements.

• Measure impact: Define adoption, quality, and operational efficiency metrics with business teams and track the value delivered after deployment.

• Build reusable solutions: Document components and agents, avoid duplication, and contribute to a shared architecture that enables solutions to be reused across multiple teams.

Examples of Solutions you may build

• Assistants for meeting preparation, meeting summaries, and action tracking.

• Intelligent search across commercial and technical documentation.

• Automation of RFP responses and generation of scoping documents.

• Tools to support proposal preparation, opportunity tracking, and consolidation of information from multiple sources.

• Support agents capable of suggesting contextualized resolutions and enriching the knowledge base.

• Simple internal applications to automate checks, calculations, reporting, and recurring workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5), engineering degree, or equivalent qualification, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in application development, automation, or the implementation of AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

• Full-stack development: Python and/or TypeScript, REST APIs, web applications, databases, and user-focused interface design.

• Generative AI and agents: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, tool calling, orchestration, and response quality evaluation.

• Integration: OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, enterprise APIs and connectors, identity and permission management.

• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment on cloud or internal platforms.

• Product thinking: Ability to start from a business need, define an MVP, balance simplicity and robustness, and support user adoption.

• Security & governance: Good practices in data protection, secrets management, auditability, human oversight, and documentation.

Additionall Skills that would be an advantage

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Azure AI, or Azure OpenAI.

• Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Dataverse, or Fabric.

• Agent interoperability protocols and standards, particularly MCP.

• Experience in media, video, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software environments.

• UX practices, change management, and user training.

Location

We consider different locations in Europe and Asia (our offices locations) but we do not consider 100% remote. This job is not eligible for mobility or relocation opportunities.
