Join our AI team building smarter products and improving anti-fraud/security and customer care, using both analytical and deep learning approaches. You'll deliver durable AI solutions spanning development and evaluation independently.
You manage complex or multiple simpler features, building a meaningful edge over off-the-shelf AI by experimenting with novel applications of existing methods, including agentic system evaluation and optimization.
Responsibilities
Select appropriate AI approaches, explain trade-offs, and spot common failure modes like hallucination, bias, and drift.
Curate task-specific datasets, define baseline metrics, and design AI-centric features balancing latency, cost, and quality, including within multi-agent pipelines, building evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic workflows.
Embed AI agents into your science workflow (experiment orchestration, hyperparameter search, simulation-based validation), helping set team standards for agent-driven tasks.
Apply data mining, NLP, and ML (supervised/unsupervised, Causal-ML, Online, Bayesian, Reinforcement, Deep Learning) to real-world problems and datasets.
Provide accurate estimates for projects, accounting for technical risk and the quality of agent-generated work.
Eliminate systematic roadblocks through cross-functional influence; maintain quality standards through the full development cycle.
Take full responsibility for delivering major features or projects; run A/B tests and communicate impact to peers and leaders.
Use customer feedback, usage, and product data, plus AI agents, to deepen technical analysis and influence product direction.
Partner with Product and Design to shape priorities based on real customer behavior and business goals.
Define success at the outset, track adoption and impact, and drive post-launch iteration.
Share feedback on best practices; help teammates direct AI agents with sharper intent.
Resolve ambiguities and encode what works into shared, reusable team practices.
Work with PMs, engineers, and designers to design experiments and MVPs
