We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Management Officer to join a global IT and Business Transformation environment focused on Risk and Finance solutions.

This role sits within a strategic team responsible for governance, transformation, portfolio oversight, and operational excellence across a large international organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformation initiatives, enhancing governance frameworks, supporting workforce strategy, and delivering insightful analysis to support management decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders, you will contribute to improving efficiency, strengthening organizational governance, and supporting the evolution of a globally distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Strategy & Headcount Management

  • Support the evolution of workforce planning and cross-shoring strategies across the organization.
  • Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses to align talent needs with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement workforce strategies.
  • Coordinate governance forums related to workforce transformation and cross-shoring initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, cost optimization opportunities, and workforce-related KPIs.

Reporting, Dashboards & Business Analysis

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Produce insightful analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key operational metrics, budgets, and performance indicators.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.

Governance & Executive Reporting

  • Coordinate the preparation of governance materials and executive presentations.
  • Support senior management committees through high-quality reporting and decision-support documentation.
  • Continuously improve governance processes, reporting standards, and stakeholder communication.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Consolidate transformation activities into structured programs with clear reporting and benefit tracking.
  • Support knowledge management initiatives and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Act as a point of contact for organizational improvement initiatives across the wider IT and business functions.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • Contribute to team objectives and provide backup support for critical activities when required.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Banking or Financial Services
    • Strategic Consulting
    • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    • Business Management
    • Project Management Office (PMO)
    • Process Improvement / Operational Excellence
    • Transformation Programs
  • Proven experience delivering measurable business value through analysis, governance, or transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Exposure to workforce planning, capacity management, or organizational transformation initiatives.

Language Requirements

  • English (C1 or higher) – Mandatory.
  • French – Nice to have.
