This position is vital to maintaining the integrity of U.S. payroll operations. The Payroll Analyst performs essential operational and control functions that ensure employees receive accurate and timely pay while supporting compliance with payroll laws and company policies. Responsibilities such as managing high-volume employee terminations, monitoring the shared Payroll mailbox, performing payroll reconciliations, supporting audits, and maintaining reporting accuracy are critical to daily payroll operations.
This role helps safeguard payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and employee satisfaction by ensuring payroll processes remain efficient, controlled, and responsive to business needs.
You'll be joining a collaborative team where your expertise directly impacts employees every payday. We value innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth while providing opportunities to expand your payroll knowledge, improve processes, and develop your analytical skills.
As a key member of the payroll team, you'll help ensure one of the organization's most critical business functions operates smoothly while contributing to process improvements, strong internal controls, and an exceptional employee experience.
If you're passionate about payroll, enjoy working with data, and want to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.
This version incorporates the new information in a way that's appropriate for a job description. If your goal is also to support a requisition approval or backfill justification, I'd recommend keeping the final paragraph from your original text (about the operational risk of not replacing the role) as a separate Business Justification section rather than including it in the external job posting, since that language is intended for internal approval rather than candidates.
