ETL Developer (SAP BODS)

- Document the Business Data needs. Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for analytics projects, products, and programs of work that maximize business impact / benefits within a realistic setting
- Experience in creating detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables.
- Experienced in ETL Development, Data Profiling and Data Analysis. Identify and map the data that are required from source to be loaded into target tables
- Define and document transformation requirements from Staging to the Final Reporting Table(s)
- Knowledge of data warehousing, including data mapping and transformations, data dependencies, data source analysis and profiling.
- Experienced in writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members.
- Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability
- Understanding of the dependencies between components of data infrastructure
- Define standards and implement best practices for implementation of target data state
- Familiarity with different database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Domain Knowledge Financial Services
- Knowledgeable in different reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
