About the opportunity

As a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, you won't just manage communications, you'll be the driving force shaping our core CRM strategies! In this dynamic role, split perfectly between high-impact operational execution and forward-thinking strategic initiatives, you will take the lead on critical compliance, security, and operational messaging.

Your expertise will transform key customer touchpoints, optimizing critical unhappy paths, compliance journeys, and security education into seamlessly engaging experiences. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you'll build cutting-edge internal workflows that deliver world-class, top-quality communications to millions of N26 customers worldwide.

In this role, you will:

Operational Excellence (50%)

• Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise.
• Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence.
• ConceptualiSe, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators.

Strategic Leadership (50%)

• Collaborate closely with the CRM team and seasoned CRM managers to conceptualise and plan new strategic campaigns that align with the company's overarching goals.
• Lead the implementation of these strategic initiatives, leveraging your strategic insights and operational expertise to drive success.
• Apply data-driven insights and your understanding of customer segments to ensure targeted messaging and the achievement of strategic objectives.

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience in CRM roles
• Proven track record in CRM campaign execution and optimization at a senior level
• Strong technical skills, including HTML and A/B testing, to ensure operational excellence.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to drive effective campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on several topics simultaneously
