  • Monitor creative capacity allocation across games based on business priorities

  • Improve metadata tracking and reporting to generate actionable monthly learnings

  • Support hiring efforts and ensure career paths are defined and actively used across the team

  • Interest in advertising/creative topics or marketing performance.

  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency; comfortable working with performance data.

  • AI-savvy: experienced with AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows.

  • Highly structured, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Autonomous and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Strong communicator, able to synthesise complex information for various stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English and French.
