Join an operational monitoring team responsible for supporting critical technology infrastructure. This role focuses on event monitoring, incident triage, ticket management, and operational support, with a structured development path toward NOC L2 responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor alarms and events using observability and operational management platforms.
  • Perform initial incident analysis and triage.
  • Execute operational procedures defined in runbooks and playbooks.
  • Create, update and track tickets.
  • Validate alerts and identify false positives.
  • Escalate incidents according to established severity processes.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and technology partners.
  • Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical learning initiatives.
  • Professional course, CET, Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Networks, Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Suitable for recent graduates and junior professionals.
  • Portuguese professional fluency.
  • Intermediate English.

Knowledge / Experience:

  • Windows and Linux systems.
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN networking concepts.
  • Monitoring and observability tools.
  • Service Desk and ITSM platforms.
  • ITIL incident management concepts.
  • Basic cloud, connectivity and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Spanish language skills.
