  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure through defined technical services;
  • Interface with relevant technical stakeholders to support continuity and reliability of network operations;
  • Analyze network performance and identify areas for optimization based on measurable indicators;
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related incidents within agreed service parameters;
  • Implement and configure network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, in accordance with validated architectures;
  • Deliver technical assistance and usage guidance to designated service recipients;
  • Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of network-related technical documentation, policies, and procedures;
  • Support the preparation and execution of network upgrades and migration activities.
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical domain;
  • 1–3 years of demonstrated expertise in network engineering or network support services;
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and applicable best practices;
  • Proven capability in configuring and administering network devices;
  • Ability to analyze network traffic and identify performance bottlenecks using appropriate tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate issues and produce structured technical analyses;
  • Capability to produce clear technical exchanges and structured documentation within a multi-stakeholder environment.
