As a Linux Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our Linux-based systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support cloud environments, and contribute to automation and monitoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Linux systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security
  • Perform database operations, preferably with SQL
  • Apply scripting skills to automate tasks and support system processes
  • Understand and apply ITIL principles in daily operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud-based environments
  • Contribute to monitoring and performance analysis using tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have)
  • Support DevOps practices and automation using Ansible (nice to have)

 

  • Strong experience in Linux system administration
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g. Shell, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring
  • Exposure to DevOps methodologies
  • Knowledge of Ansible for configuration management
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies
  • Hybrid model in Lisbon
