At Inetum Portugal, we are strengthening our Microsoft BizzApps & Copilot team with a senior and strategic profile. We are looking for a Team Leader with solid experience in Power Platform development projects and expertise in implementing solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative projects, collaborate with high-profile clients, and contribute to digital transformation through cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams in Power Platform development projects (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Define solution architectures and ensure best development practices.
  • Implement solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Builder, integrating generative AI capabilities.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high-quality deliveries.
  • Promote the technical growth of the team and support members in obtaining certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform projects.
  • Proven experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (preferably PL-600, PL-400, AI-102).
  • Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English.
