Are you passionate about enterprise-level NAS storage and eager to work with cutting-edge systems?
Inetum is looking for a skilled and detail-driven Senior NAS Administrator to support and manage advanced NAS and SMB storage systems across critical infrastructure environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, manage, and optimize NAS storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Provide expert-level support for NFS-based storage and SMB shares integrated with Windows Active Directory and DFS.
  • Administer and maintain enterprise-grade storage systems such as NetApp, DELL Powerscale (Isilon), and Hitachi VSP.
  • Collaborate on SAN disk provisioning activities and storage lifecycle tasks.
  • Develop and automate administrative tasks using bash, ksh, Python, Perl, and Ansible.
  • Troubleshoot complex storage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to ensure storage solutions meet business requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of storage configurations, standards, and incident resolutions.

 

 

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Perfect command of NAS storage systems such as NetApp, DELL Isilon (Powerscale), and Hitachi VSP.
  • Hands-on experience with SMB Windows shares, DFS, and Windows Active Directory.
  • Strong understanding of NFS, iSCSI, and NVMe protocols.
  • Solid scripting skills in Shell, Python, and Ansible.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in NAS and SAN environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train users.
  • Fluent in English.

 

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IBM GPFS.
  • Familiarity with IBM Power Systems (AIX and Linux on Power).
  • Experience working with virtualized environments, especially VMware.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
