As a Salesforce Release Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing release management processes across multiple Salesforce orgs. You will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management, version control, and deployment automation;
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and minimize risk;
  • Monitor and continuously improve release processes and governance;
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata;
  • Hands-on experience with release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins);
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist);
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken);
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.

Job Location and Residency Requirements:

  • This position is based in Portugal.
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
