We are seeking a talented and motivated Ruby Developer to join our team. As a Ruby Developer at Inetum, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Ruby Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Model Work: Hybrid (3 days at the office)
