  • Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach.
  • During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities.
  • Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests).
  • Prepare cut-over activities and deploy the changes to Production.
  • Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation).
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions.
  • + 3/4 years' experience as a SAP SF Performance and Goals Consultant with knowledge of Succession and Development
  • Soft Skills valued: Flexibility, Adaptability, Agility, Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization.
  • Fluency in English (+ B2 - mandatory)
