Enterprise Architect

The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital commerce transformation programs in Hong Kong. This outstanding role acts as the primary technical consultant for our customers' commerce ecosystems, interpreting complex requirements into scalable solution architectures that generate measurable business results. Working closely with C-level executives and business leaders, you will establish digital transformation roadmaps and integrate commerce experiences with customer data, personalization, marketing, and enterprise technologies. Your expertise will guarantee the long-term performance, reliability, and extensibility of the solutions delivered!

What you'll Do

• Advise customers on digital commerce and experience strategies based on industry trends and leading practices.
• Build connected customer journeys by bringing to bear data, personalization, automation, and AI.
• Lead end-to-end architecture workshops across discovery, composition, build, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Establish architectural principles, implementation standards, reusable patterns, and governance processes.
• Review solution builds and mitigate architectural, integration, security, performance, and delivery risks.
• Represent Adobe Professional Services as a reliable consultant to C-level executives and digital leaders.

What you need to succeed

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital commerce, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on architecture experience with Adobe Commerce.
• Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce architecture, including both PaaS and SaaS capabilities.
• Experience crafting headless, composable, API-first, microservices-based, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong consulting, collaborator management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts effectively to executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Preferred qualifications:

  Adobe certifications across Adobe Commerce or Adobe Experience Cloud.

  Experience applying AI, automation, and personalization to commerce and customer experience use cases.
