Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.

Role

We're looking for a Corporate Finance Intern to join our Corporate team. In this role, you'll support the Finance team with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering activities.

  • Participate in monthly reporting: data extraction, reconciliation, data mapping and analysis of budget variances

  • Contribute to monthly performance analysis with a data-driven approach

  • Prepare monthly dashboards for the leadership team

  • Support the team's management control activities

  • Assist with forecasting and cost control, including tracking Purchase Order requests

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses based on business needs

  • Assist in key financial planning processes such as budgeting and reforecasting

Profile

  • You're currently enrolled in a Master's degree specialized in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field

  • You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable working with data

  • You have a data-driven mindset and enjoy working with numbers

  • You have an interest in AI and its applications in finance

  • You are proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks

  • You have excellent communication skills in both French and English

  • Previous experience in finance, controlling or business analysis is a plus

  • Familiarity with BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
